We specialize in multi-axis machining where the program is generated in CAM software and executed in new, high precision CNC machines.  This allows us to machine very complex parts with minimal setups. If the tool can physically make it we can make it.  Having invested in the latest in CAD and CAM software we go the extra mile, generating comprehensive internal documentation for each job reducing mistakes, and making fast and accurate repeat orders.

One of our niche markets is the precision machining of mechanical plastics. We apply well developed proprietary CNC milling production methods in making typically water jet plastic parts from sheet stock. Since we produce our parts on CNC milling machines, we can execute in position blind pockets and counterbores.
